South Peace River - near Tumbler Ridge Additional information: 10 to 15 cm of snow is expected between tonight and Friday evening along the Rocky Mountains of the B.C. South Peace, including Tumbler Ridge. Higher snowfall amounts are expected over the southern and southwestern portions of the region as a weather system moves through, bringing northerly winds and a cooler airmass. Travel will likely be challenging. Roads and walkways will likely be difficult to navigate due to accumulating snow. Visibility will likely be reduced at times.
