Heavy snowfall is expected on Friday and Saturday, with total amounts of 10 to 20 cm by Saturday night.

Rainfall will change over to snow through the day on Friday as temperatures drop. Accumulations will be confined to higher elevations during the day on Friday, but will become widespread by Friday evening. Roughly 10 cm is expected Friday evening, with another 5 to 10 cm on Saturday.

Snowfall will end late Saturday night.

Travel will likely be challenging. Visibility will likely be reduced at times. Local utility outages are possible.
